Came the day after Easter around 9:00 AM, and it was still pretty busy. We were still seated right away though. Our waitress explained the weekends and usually Mondays are pretty busy, but she was very attentive, extremely friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. We had gone to their Mira Loma location before and weren't big fans of it, but this one did not disappoint. I had the pork chops and substituted the eggs with beans, and it was so delicious. If your looking for a breakfast/brunch spot on your way to the Pumpkin Trail in Norco, or on your exit then this is for you! It's an American/Mexican fusion style breakfast. And actually SO good! Their chilaquiles are not on the menu but you can certainly order them and I have to say, I was so impressed! Excellent food. Everything we ordered was superb! Service was excellent too considering it is a very busy restaurant. Most definitely our family favorite spot when in Southern California.
