Purple hair girl was such a downer. Made us feel like it was an inconvenience to eat here. Everyone looked like they also didn’t want to be here. Horrible atmosphere. Food was 5/10
So much to choose from I ate the spicy chicken waffle 🧇 delicious
The ube matcha 🍵 loved it
Great place to eat and chill 😍
We stopped by mid morning on a Friday. Our order was taken quickly, seating is limited inside, so we sat on the patio. I had the Garden filled Crepes with home fried potatoes. My companion had the Rib-eye Chilaquiles. Everything was delicious, service was great. The iced coffee and iced green tea were refreshing. During our meal, we had several people check on us. We definitely will be returning
The cowboy chilaquiles and Ube pancakes are bomb
Scramblers Café, Norco — great food, a few small notes
We loved the food here — every dish we tried was delicious and well portioned. The ribeye chilaquiles are a must-try! You can tell they take real care with their menu.
A couple of small things to mention (without affecting the rating): after you pay and tip up front, the service at the table is a little limited. You won’t automatically get coffee refills or water unless you ask. It’s likely due to how busy they are — this place draws a crowd!
Also, the outdoor seating could be improved. The benches are pretty uncomfortable, more like a park bench than a café setup. Since you may end up sitting outside when it’s busy, this would definitely enhance the overall experience.
All in all — great spot, fantastic food, maybe time to open a second location! We’ll definitely be back.
Food was great.

Pancakes were pretty good.
But the potatoes were bland.
The iced coffee was not worth $5 at all.
The sourdough bread was mediocre.
The service was pretty atrocious. We went in during rush hour and they messed up my order twice. And the food took a while to be prepared.
Spent over $70 trying their food and was not impressed enough to go back.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered the breakfast melt which came with a side of potatoes. Both the sandwich and potatoes were very bland and unseasoned. We also got a side of banana pancakes which were decent but they are only sold by themselves. Definitely not worth the $40 we paid.

I personally don’t think the food was worth the price at all. We got the breakfast melt a Hawaiian coffee and a stack of banana pancakes. The melt was just eggs cheese and bacon with a side of potatoes. Very, very bland. The eggs had no salt or pepper and the potatoes didn’t either. The pancakes were mid with just slices of banana cooked in them. We paid $40 for everything not including the tip. I didn’t finish my food and ended up going somewhere else to get something to fill me up. We were so disappointed and regret coming here. The other food sounds good but I don’t think I would give anything else on the menu a chance. I would suggest Amy’s cafe on magnolia. Their food is always on point and the prices are great as well as the service.

I thought this place was an americam food breakfast spot, but it turns out it does have american food but some hawiian dishes. The food was great, and I would definitely recommend coming here. It's not a huge place but has some indoor and outdoor seating.

We had such a great experience at Scrambler's Cafe! The staff was awesome and the waffles with chicken katsu was unique and flavorful. Would recommend ordering as much fried rice as possible, it was savory and best we've had.

My only issue was with the automatic tip. My bill was 20 when I swiped it came up to 23 and change. I be wish they would be more upfront with it. It’s not a tip it’s a service charge let’s be honest. It’s not about the price it’s about being honest
