Should've read the reviews before going here. Good food and customer service is what makes people come back. This place severely lacks in both. The girl at the drive thru was super rude and it was almost hilarious the food they served. Tasted like stale food from the frozen section and the guacamole and cheese were disgusting. The super burrito was nasty too. Idk how this place is even in business. Do yourself a favor and don't go here ever.

California burrito just had a weird taste to it. Kinda bitter with a fish taste. Great fast service friendly employee at the drive thru window.

The ham breakfast burrito was really good and big. Good portion and ratio of ham to egg. My only complaint is the bacon from the bacon burrito was petrified and hard to eat. I ended up having to spit most of the bacon pieces out because I couldn't even chew them.

This place has a whole lot of options and that's sad because ALL of out food was bland! What a waste of money! My daughter absolutely loves burritos and she took a couple bites and said it tasted like "NOTHING". I will never return there again!

I went in the morning to order a breakfast burrito, the only person in line and waited a few minutes until someone actually took my order, after I ordered she didn't give me my total. I drove up to the window and I waited 10 minutes and no one came to the window not once, so I left and ended up being late for work. 7 in the morning, the only one in the drive through, so i'm not sure why someone couldn't come to the window to greet me or give me my total. Poor customer service. It's sad honestly, probably why that place is never busy, it takes 10 minutes to actually get greeted at the window. Not that it matters because customer service is always going to be bad, but i'm not going back again.

The birria tacos and consume were not very good. A friend of mine hyped it up, so I in turn hyped it up to my family. Well let's just say my wife loves tacos and has eaten all over Sacramento. She and I were both disappointed, there was too much meat if that's a complaint, the meat was not very appetizing. I will give them another try and stick with their namesake.

I will never go here ever again on September 29th 2023 I ordered $53 worth of food and my shrimp quesadillas was made sloppy pretty much only cheese and tortilla with no fajita mix inside which is advertised and my fish tacos had no tarter sauce on it and the tortilla was soggy my ground beef taco was bland tasting and soggy as well. I called the California burrito about the taco and the quesadillas and the lady doesn't apologize or anything she says bring it back I will remake it GAS is $6 a gallon im definitely not going back tonight so I ask nicely can I come after work tomorrow and get it remade she says yeah just bring back the food why would I bring it back when I bought it tonight and I'm hungry you messed it up and made it completely wrong and bland but I know I will never eat their again its just bad customer service and food for $53 not worth it.

If I could give less stars I would have. RUDE! I came during open hours and the woman looked right at me multiple times and walked right by while I was outside a LOCKED door. The sign says OPEN, but she continued to walk by. When she finally open the door, she said (with an attitude) "I wasn't ready yet" to which I responded "you couldn't have explained that? The sign says open like your hours indicate." She then tried to let me in and I informed her I would NEVER come back here. There's literally a place in eye shot that serves all the same things better and 24 hours. ADALBERTOS. Go there. It's across the street

I keep giving them a chance hoping the food would get better sometimes it’s hit and miss depending on what I order but the carne asada fries are definitely a no go. Every time I order the carne asada fries it’s filled with grease at the bottom, fries hard as a rock and cheese not all the way melted. Burritos haven’t been bad but I will never get the carne fries from them again

Just because it says they're open doesn't mean they are. They like to get in late in the mornings

I was on a phone call and distracted. I handed the drive thru lady my debit card. When I checked my bank, I was charged $14.38, and my item was an $8.50 quesadilla. She didn't put a receipt in the bag. The quesadilla was watery from the chicken juice and made the tortilla soggy.
