Weeks ago I went to this thing, carl's jr, and I went through the drive through i tried to order but the machine kept interrupting me and I'd never got a chance to order. So I went to the window and I was waiting at the window. I saw a very long time and the women in the back or laughing and talking and never went to the window to see what I wanted to order. So I left disappointed

Forget about real people taking orders let's talk to a computer now 👎🏻 the drive through person doesn't look like she enjoys her job and the food yea not hot luke warm hamburger extremely hot fries something is backwards here lol. I have not had Carl's jr for over a year and it hasn't changed one bit so after this visit it will be my last never again.

With AI it is taking 15 minutes just to order. So we are not saving time or money we're paying more for less service and they're not even having two employ workers to help the local community

Food is okay. My favorite burger here is the Western bacon. Food hygiene isn't their priority here.

First time going to this one... went in store, got to register was told lobby closed.... no reason it was just before 7 pm. So we left but yet no one came behind us to lock door.. will not be going to this one ever again... 😕 customer service sucks
AI ordering at the drivethru is horrible and stupid. This transition is Idiocracy coming to life. Please end this stupidity! Humans can take orders. It's not hard.

What have they done in the name of profits. The service and employees at this specific location are ok, but carls jr food in general has gone down in quality.
