Famous Louisana Fried Chicken

I’m not one to eat out often. But when I do I love to have fresh food and good service. The service was great. The girl at the counter was nice and friendly. The chicken wings were tasty. However the fries were way over cooked and I received fries in small pieces with old grease.

If you've been driving on the freeway for 12 hours, and haven't eaten in 48 hours do not stop here. The portion is very small. I paid $15 plus tax for one piece of chicken, one piece of fish, and 5 shrimps, a drink and a side. Sounds like a great deal right, wrong check out the picture below. I admit the fish was delicious and so was the shrimp. But the chicken was fried in old oil and had a burnt taste. Am I satisfied, no no. Because of the large unhoused families on this block I feel the establishment deliberately provides the small portions.

So I pass this place every day so I decided to give it a try. First off prices are a little above average for chicken in my opinion. The service wad nice. Place was clean. Now the food I ordered was 3 piece chicken strip combo. Fries were good and had good seasoning. The chicken was ok. Was a little tough so I think overcooked a little. And lastly the ranch they gave were so little I had to eat last chicken strip without any ranch. So overall is an OK place I ordered to go so maybe they would have gave me more ranch.

Ordered by the piece! The chicken breast was by far the biggest and juiciest I've ever had! The breading on the chicken was Cajun spiced to perfection! I ordered the fish as well, and that melted in my mouth! The tartar sauce epic!! Our new eatery!

I ordered through Door Dash, and the food tasted stale and old. I don't know what is going on with this place but never again. I could not eat the food. This pla e needs to do a lot better or give it up.

We came at 7:20 pm. We were told that they stop making chicken at 7:15 pm because they close at 7:45 pm. On their website, it states they close at 8 pm. Disappointing

I visited for the first time. I had fried chicken and fish. They were cooked well, but very much lacking in flavor. It's definitely not food that I would associate with Louisiana's food culture.

Fried Chicken was really good had a lot of good flavor. Service could have been better, the gal looked like she was having a bad day.

Good chicken and fish with a kick of Louisiana spice that reminds me of home. Was greeted by Sam who was friendly professional. Will definitely be back.

Extremely friendly staff and it really hits the spot after after standing in the IRS line next door all morning.

Just picked up some chicken and mashed potatoes a few hours ago.Two bites and had to throw it away. Chicken had a fishy flavor, and very tough. Next time I'll check the reviews, they are not lying about this being garbage. Skip this place and go next door instead, get a wonderful philly sub.
