I've been coming to this Jack in the Box since the early 2000s today December 4th 2024 I went there and got two tacos and a chicken sandwich and it looked like they stepped on in or threw it on the ground. So disappointing 👎🏼

Worst customer service . Got my order wrong and when they messed up on my order there was no accountability or apology. I can tell He's a night manager. I usually don’t come on here and do reviews but this took the cake. Just tired of lousy management and customer service

I ordered a 3 sausage breakfast deals via drive through. They requested for me to park in front, waited additional time. They still managed to give me wrong order 3 HAM and did not include my 3 hasbrowns. Lowest grade of Customer service. People use fast food drive through for the convenience. Not only am I wasting time, the food order accuracy is horrible. I didn't get what I asked for.

It took around 45 minutes to get our food. Our order was messed up and we got wrong items and missing items. We didn't even get our drinks for 25 minutes and those were not even filled up all the way.
