Always a good experience at this location. Food is great (i mean c'mon, it's Jimboys), and the service is top notch. Doesn't matter if I'm dining in or at the drive thru, always a pleasure.

This has to be the worst Jimboys I have ever encountered. We orderd 3 tacos and a super nachos all with extra cheese costing us $18.92. When we got home and I started to eat my nachos, until I realized that I was missing green onions, and had only ONE OLIVE. I tried to let it go, but I couldn't. Drove back down there and the supervisor started to say that it doesn't come with green onions in olives.And when I went to look at the menu, he says, oh yeah, it does. I told him that I was not really liking it.Can I just exchange it for 3 tacos. Idiot told me.Why don't we just add it on top. I said that's not what I wanted. I said, what's it gonna take? So I pulled out my wallet taking out all my cards trying to show that i'm not there to mooch off them. But because I was, in my shorts and sure maybe he thinks I was homeless or something trying to get over on them. Anyways, he says, well I can give you a discount and wanted to charge me an additional. $4.95! He did not say sorry, and it really ticked me off. So I told him he could keep it, and I left the nachos there, and I left. Meaning I did not eat and they kept my $. I am not there to get over I can afford what ever meal I want. I just wanted a decent meal. But your customer service there's nonexistent and i was judged. Im calling corporate. Time was 7:30 pm on 8/28/24 for reference to who was on shift. Never going back.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tacos with extra cheese and a Super Nachos, extra cheese. We get home and the nacho cheese is only poured into the bottom of the plastic container. No cheese on the actual chips anywhere! The cheese was very runny too. They said they make it in house so idk. Also it had one olive (yes one!! On the whole order of nachos). It didn't have green onions either! It only had cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. We immediately went back to the store. My husband went into the store and said he wanted to exchange it for 3 tacos. The guy gave him nothing but attitude. He said I can give you a discount on the tacos but can't just replace your order. Then he offers to add cheese & olives & onions to his already old, cold food they gave him. Gross!!! My husband was furious! He feels like they were acting like he was just trying to get free food!! He wasn't, just trying to get a meal he could actually eat & enjoy. All they had to do was give him tacos instead. He left the nachos on the counter and came back out to the car absolutely beside himself with anger. There was no excuse for such piss poor service and quality of food they are serving. We will NEVER go back there again!!!

Tacos were more than delicious! I asked for crispy and omg they were just perfect!
Food was good, made to order and hot. The restaurant isn’t very well kept the tables need wiped and floors mopped. It feels run down. Staff was ok didn’t acknowledge us when we left and thanked them for their service. Oh well

I went for the special 70 cent taco but you have to spend 5 bucks you only get one taco per order? So i ordered two specials just to get 2 tacos? Very misleading and the cashier was a bit rude. I am not going back ill make my own taco instead.
