Drive through clerk was very rude inattentive and would not give me dark meat for a reason did not careto tell me. He literally told me "im not doing that".By far the worst customer service I've ever gotten. and to top.it all off when i got home he only gave me half of my large french ?. He should not be working customer service.

So far I have been getting pretty good service here. The workers are friendly and my meal was ready fast. The food is good here. Would recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to KFC does not have stairs and very accessible for those with disabilities.

I made an order online, the staff said that there was no order, check where my order was rejected, the hotline confirmed that the order was active, the staff was high on weed, since it was already late in the evening, the manager was not there, I still didn’t I received my order, after half an hour of waiting on the hotline I got my money back, terrible experience

I normally don't write reviews, but as a former general manager, I was very impressed and satisfied with the conversation I had this evening with Jalen. I voiced a concern with him that when I order crispy chicken legs and thighs at this location I always get original which I do not like. I don't know if he is part of the chicken cooking process but he was very respectful and courteous on the phone. He should be singled out either from the General Manager or the owner to let him know what an outstanding job he did on the phone with a customer. We know that some employees cannot handle the phones or customers. Shout out to Jalen x
I am very indignant, it is not possible for them to make fun of people, first wait 20 minutes. to be served because the store was closed, they only serve through drivethru. 2nd. I ordered Chicken Strips first 12 pieces because the real price is like hidden, it says chicken or chicken strips. but in reality the price is different, anyway, I then ordered 5 chicken strips for 14.99, and they said that that did not exist, anyway the lady who served me today, Saturday, September 23, at 2.46pm, very kind, found the combo at their register the 14.99 package that I ordered, he told me it was a combo, so I asked him to give it to me, and he gave me the soda, when I asked for the price it went up to almost $20, so again I asked them only for the strips, and I added a large salad and a large mashed potato, and it was $30.14 when I received my receipt it said it included biscuits, fries, and soda. We waited outside for 15 minutes. and they gave me only what was in the photo! I think it's a big joke! and I want my money back! Please! What's wrong with them? because they don't put prepared people who know their menu! And besides, they are selling as if it were a delicatessen, and they don't give the order correctly? There's my receipt! Don't go there, last time the salad was spoiled, I live far away, but this Monday I want to see the manager or the owner and I want my money back I ordered 5 tenderS and they gave me 2 pieces smaller than a Mac nugget!! WHAT A JOB AND WHAT THEFT!! No pedí Piezas de pollo!!????

Oh my goodness, it's absolutely horrifying! I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and the food is ice-cold with a texture as hard as a rock. There's not even any chicken in the chicken sandwich, it's all just powder. You guys really need to step up your game and improve the quality of your food.
