I used the drive thru, so the atmosphere was great. The food was hot and tasted fresh, very good. I wish we had one closer to my home.

Lady there is over worked she couldn’t get my order right the food was cold I waited for fresh cooked food but got microwave heated food that was horrible you bite you taste old fish that’s been cooked earlier that evening tried calling could never talk manager no one called me back every time I go same lady rushing me to place order never get my food right

I hadn't been to Long John Silvers in a while because it's always very heavy and greasy food. I decided to give it a try because I saw it advertised that they were doing $10 Sea-shares. Upon arriving there they were charging almost twice as much for the same items. The total cost was $50 vs putting in the order online for pickup at the same location showed $33 for the same items. Staff wasn't rude but I definitely wouldn't accuse them of being anything close to friendly and very stingy on sauces giving only one small cocktail sauce for an entire thing of popcorn shrimp.
Loved the shrimp rice bowl, tasted very fresh and good. Customer service is excellent, inside is clean, bathrooms available and clean. For those fish and shrimp lovers is a must try.

I had not been to Long John silver's in over 5 years and had a weird craving for it. It turns out the chicken was very salty and greasy, but the chicken itself tasted good. The hush puppies were bland and had virtually no flavor. The fries were decent but they were also very greasy. It will probably be another 5 years before I go back.
We ordered two 2 pc fish dinners with 1 side each, and paid $27+. We got chicken, and 1 order cheese bites that tasted like old fish. It's no wonder they are all closing. This one certainly needs to.
