I came to Manna Thai and have to say, I’m really impressed with the flavors here. I was honestly a little scared to drive over in 113 degree weather, but surprisingly, it wasn’t an issue at all once I got here. The place was comfortably air conditioned. The spice kick is perfect just enough heat so you can enjoy all the flavors in the peppers, onions, and sauce without anything getting lost.

Came in on a hot 113 degree Sacramento weather for a work appointment. The place had a beautiful and spacious ambience. We ordered Lao sausages, papaya salad lao style, chicken cashew nut, sticky rice and Thai iced tea. Whenever I suggest Thai or Lao food to my bf, he gets worried because he knows that I have to order papaya salad Lao style because of the smell. Definitely a strong peanut-y taste for the dish. Was expecting it to be a little lighter yet still “Aloye”, nonetheless.
