This morning I bought to Sausage Rgg McMuffins and a Large Coffee with 4 Cream 4 Sugar the sandwiches were excellent however I watched them pour the coffee and it looked like straight water when it got cool enough to drink it didn't taste like coffee at all it tasted like Hot water with cream and a little bit of sugar. I don't drink coffee very much or often but when I do I would like it to taste like coffee. Not very happy with today.

Where should I start. 1st, the menu is designed to confuse the consumer. There is a picture of a chicken sandwich. Which by the way looks great with lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Than you look at the menu and they have created four options of the same thing but with no details, so you have no idea what you're getting. When you finally get it, it's a smashed bun with a piece of chicken from the freezer that was frost bitten and two thin pickles. Nothing else stuffed in a bag. Who puts a chicken sandwich in a bag! Really guys! No wonder you're having such problems. You over price crap food, (if you even call it that)and miss lead the customer. And the second thing is your customer service. I ask about a price on something the the employee just stops talking for about 25 seconds. Not hold on let me find out for you or anything. Then when I go to the first window, the employee tells me it's blaw blaw, instead of saying how are you welcome to McDonald's. Then I go to the second window and another employee says, here you go and shuts the window. They weren't rude, they were simply unwelcoming You need to do better. Much much better. I have officially boycotted this location.
