Guy running the drive thru is extremely rude. Chubby guy with long/medium hair. Very bad attitude. Gives you a nasty look. He threw my bag in my car. I will get him fired. Calling corporate in the morning TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE.

My first and will be my last experience of receiving bad/no customer service at all for my curbside order on 11/3/24. Service that I received was my order was given to someone else, 20 min. wait time, missed up my order again, then I asked manager for a refund provided my receipt from the app. Refund was denied by her and the reason why I'm not getting a refund is that she don't know the order code. Then she just walks away tells the other employees she not providing me any service. No star for that person only. So customer service skills at all.

I’d be understanding that they are out of ice cream if they didn’t put out a 10 ft. banner adverting it and having me wait in the drive though twenty minutes. They are aware they can take down a banner, right?

I only went because that's what my grandson wanted. Food is disgusting. Service is terrible. I checked my receipt, later, and found i was over charged by $6.00 for 2 Sausage mcmuffin meals. Next time, my grandson gets carl's Jr or nothing. I'm not surprised the quarter pounders are causing E-coli poisoning.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If you don’t like your job QUIT!! Specifically the white boy that was working tonight 10/10 @ 10:33pm you should be fired seriously!!!!
