Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant on today .

I placed an order 622 via kiosk, which included a burger and a portion of chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the burger was missing the patty, and the chicken nuggets were not included at all.

This is unacceptable and falls below the standard of service I expect from McDonald’s. I kindly request that you investigate this issue and offer appropriate compensation or resolution.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

having someone work the drive thru with broken English is laughable, can’t take orders properly or articulate themselves properly and get frustrated when you’re asking them to do their job correctly because they rather do what’s easy and understandable for them.

There is no one at the register all the time that means there isn't enough employees to manage the orders. Someone needs to be at the register helping people full time not running to the back and making people wait for 15 minutes before they come back to the register. The manager needs to be fired for running a business so poorly.

Very slow curbside. They prioritize drive thru. Do not do curbside you will get you order last after all drive thru orders. They do not service orders in the time they are placed.

It's maccy d's same the world over, apart from local menu variation. A safe bet if not familiar with local area, it's not going to set your world on fire, but it's not going to kill you!

(04-16-2025) Went in there probably around 9:30 I ordered 2 cheeseburgers first, cookies, sweet tea ea (order went through at 9:34pm) and at 9:37 I ordered a free large dry w my rewards about 10 minutes ago by keep in mind the short lady worker was already closing up (they don't close dining room until 12 their hours say) and another worker comes out w his food (I understand having a break and getting to eat obviously and if I just ordered I could understand not getting my order first but my order had already had been placed for about 10 minutes at that point.. another 10 minutes go by and I can see what looks like orders going out through the drive through and the lady worker still CLOSING.. and at 9:56 basically 20 MINUTES later I finally said something and I got them RIGHT away.. if there were already fries made why did it take 20 minutes????? They always have the worst attitudes here.. most of them should be fired, they are getting paid 20$ n hour and still don't know how to do their jobs.

Do not really care for the layout of this McDonald's. Not a lot of space if it ever gets crowded. The staff was nice but there isn't much else to say about this location.

Service is none.... they rearranged the whole place making it feel confined... feels sad inside with the black walls .. guess they trying to make all Self Service place and drive thru only.

You can't go wrong with McDonald's french fries they are the best, and lately I'll tell you what your quarter pound burger is 1/4 lb not like these other fast food restaurants where they serve you paper thin meat.

From cleanliness outside and inside to orders being taken/ put out correctly, to just customer service in general, this is the WORST McDonald’s in the area, take your money down the street and go to antelope. Also No I’m not making my review off on time but multiple occurrences now, this is the latest: so I ordered off the app today (2-4-25) a 6pc nuggets, lrg fry, and a sweet tea. I waited a couple minutes before heading inside to let my order be made, well I’m inside a couple minutes go by, okay no problem, well now it’s been 10 minutes and people who are just now ordering are getting their meals out instantly, I asked a worker how it was going, showed them my order he said a couple minutes, well okay well another 5 minutes go by now and my food still hasn’t come out, so I ask again and the lady walks off from me without saying anything, I bring it up to the manager who brought it up to the lady who just walked off from me, And she had now gotten my food, forgot my drink and insisted on seeing the receipt to make sure i actually ordered a drink I guess. Well over 15 minutes and a rude worker I finally got my COLD food. I understand places getting busy but that is ridiculous for it to take that long for COLD food especially when there’s people getting there’s almost immediately. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Honestly the experience every time here is terrible, if you go in you will be hassled by panhandlers, the worker speak incredibly rudely but even that aside you will walk out with sticky shoes because there’s large puddles of a soda everywhere and food is cold and soggy last times I’ve been. Plus, the drive thru is impossible to get into if there’s even a couple people there. It’s better to drive just a few minutes further to a different location than to deal with this and wasting your money/ time… it took me over 25-30 minutes from arrival to leave with my takeout
