I ordered garlic bread, twists, and a spritz of Parmesan, but what I got was a cardboard cut-out and some soy dip.

I was disgusted. I’m not trying to destroy a business or legacy. But you know when I see a roaches on the floor at the cash register. I’m reporting it to the health department of Sacramento

Had a bad experience with an employee but the new owner reached out and apologized. She told me she talked to corporate and the employee himself.

Employees are previous hires and nothing to do with the new ownership. She told me she has had many problems with the previous hires.

Given that new ownership has barely been a month and a half as of writing this message, I hope the problems are resolved in the near future.

I used to be a Pia dealer and I went to pick up an order from one of them. When I went there and stood there, a customer asked me for her photo, which I took and sent to her. One of their ladies, the owner, came with a very bad attitude and asked me how did you take the photo? Despite being so polite, she had no way of talking to the customer. That's why I went to her and asked her if she had a way of talking to the customer. How do you talk to the customer? Is lady very bad customer talk rudely

Update, Owner called and apologized for their worker and told me the place is under new ownership and wanted to make it up to me. Very sincere so I appreciate you. Mistakes happen. I remember when mountain Mike's pizza were full of toppings of meat when ordering an all meat pizza. Now, for a higher price. We see less toppings! A Large All meat was almost $40 USD! Mostly cheese. I'M done ordered from MM. This is like the 8th time ive been let down. Only good pizza place left is OLD TOWN PIZZA.

Had the pleasure to meet the new owner yesterday Ms Misha and she is so welcoming and caring she made sure my family and I had a great time and the pizza was 10 out of 10. We didn't want to leave we enjoyed our night thank you MS Misha wishing you the best on this new place, God bless!!!!

Please don't let the 3.9 star reviews keep you away. Under new ownership as of April 2025! The customer service was amazing. I didn't go for the salad bar but I did go check it out while waiting for our pizza and it looked great. We ordered a large combo and a small order of the Not-Knots. After a short wait, we were served a great meal. I don't want to sound like a paid reviewer. I'm not...but that was one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. And those Not-Knots... I asked for the spicy ones and there were jalapeños in every fold of those things. Amazing! With Pepsi products and beer on tap, you won't go thirsty either.

I didn't catch the owners name, but she was very kind and willing to make us feel right at home at her pizza place. Check it out, you will not walk away wanting to write a bad review.

Mountain Mike’s has a new owners! Thank you to the new owners for making things right from our pizza order on April 12, 2025! Misha Sood, the new owner, addressed my concerns regarding poor customer service to the quality of the pizza we order from the previously owned management.The new owner took accountability for the poor mismanagement from the previous owner.

Misha went above and beyond to make things right! She remade our order with great care, quality ingredients, and great customer service! She took time, energy and went out of her way to call us personally to make things right!

Our family will be back to the North Highlands Mountain Mike’s Pizza! And if you are in the Roseville-Douglas Blvd area, you can order from another Misha owned Mountain Mike’s location!
