Ninja Hibachi Express

I’m so sorry to say that my wife and I were both highly disappointed with our take-out meal.
Nothing tasted quite right. fried rice was bland, the teriyaki beef did not taste like teriyaki, the Thai tea was unrecognizable, and the crab rangoons tasted like they’d gone bad. We also didn’t get any hibachi sauce or anything to dip the rangoons in. I can’t imagine we will return.

A few positives- the staff was very nice, I liked the vibes in the restaurant, I love the idea of fast hibachi, and the portions were huge. Maybe it had gone bad when I took it home, maybe.

I accidentally Door-Dashed from here, it was like 30 minutes away and I couldn't cancel. Definitely worth the drive, great price amazing food, they called me to make sure I was coming and kept it warm. I'll go outta my way to eat here. Teriyaki trio was what I got 10/10

Location right off the 80 freeway. We were kindly greeted and our server was very friendly and accommodating. He brought our group of 4 several sauces and utensils and plenty of napkins for our meals. He did not charge extra for them either and the food was served promptly and very fresh! The servings were HUGE. We were very satisfied and will be coming back again!

I can’t say this enough, this restaurant is hands down the best hole-in-the-wall when it comes to Japanese & Chinese cuisine. The food is great, and so are the workers here. ALSO, they always have specials so definitely call them ahead of time to see what their specials are. I will always eat here! Thank you for the great hospitality and good food.

This place is in the north highlands, right off the 80 freeway The plates run about 11 to $12. They're extremely friendly free water and even food. Why we wait for the food that we ordered to go.

The portions are very big they're extremely friendly, and deserve a try, in my book, their food was really good.
The katsu sauce was spicy and tangy and had a lot of flavor along the peanut Butter Chicken was delicious and The Volcano roll was absolutely delicious.

Not even sure why this place has as many stars as it does. Hibachi? The name in itself is fraudulant and false advertisement. For starters, the steak is flank steak. Hibachi steak is grilled and cut in dices. The "fried" rice is not fried and has no seasoning at all. The entire plate was tasteless and had 0 effort put into the meal. I should have known by how cheap the meal was that it was NOT authentic and not tasty. I gave it to a homeless man and he would not even eat it. Would not recommend this place to anyone who has taste buds.

Let me tell y'all this place is amazing! First time coming here and the guy at the front counter was so nice. Made me feel very welcome. The food is amazing and it is a very good quantity of food. 10 out of 10 in my book. ????

Some of the best hibachi I've had in ages. I just don't understand why they don't have white sauce / yum yum sauce / shrimp sauce / Sakura sauce, whatever you wanna call that sauce... I've never been to a hibachi place that didn't have it. Strange. Didn't even seem to know what I was talking about. Eager to please and gave me more of the sauce the hibachi was cooked in instead, lol. Hate to take a star off for that, though, but just have to, cause it would be prefect with it, and wasn't without. However, otherwise, absolutely recommend, totally wonderful, good food, great service, good vibes. Just byo yum yum sauce, I guess...

was a grub hub order . the Dragon Roll and Calif Roll were OK Lots of Rice But the Triad Hibachi and Triad Yakisoba Noodles had so MUCH SALT and probably MSG you could salt Hiway 80 in a snow storm!!!! we tossed it out!!!! if I was close by i bring it back!!!!!! Stay

Great place, been ordering from here for years and they still haven’t disappointed yet. Service is very polite and fast, the in-door dining area is always kept clean and the food is great for the price. Very cheap and filling, one order of yakisoba can feed 2 people! Amazing small business everyone should support. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
