This place has horrible customer service especially when it comes down to African-Americans I asked the lady to not put any vegetables in there and she said she would try her best. This isnt the 1st, I recommend going to the Panda Express off of Manzanita because they're a lot friendlier..may 22 6 pm.
Also while I'm on the topic practice give me minorities less meat than they give to other people. The manager or owner needs to review this and he'll see that I am not lying because I've been watching them for a long time. You got to tell your employees not to be racist and everybody equally. If you're African-American I do not recommend this store to eat at go eat somewhere else you will have a horrible experience

Everytime i order at this specific location i feel like im being ripped off. The meal i ordered cost $24.05 which i gave the cashier $40. The receipt clearly shows im owed $15 back. Cashier only gave me $5 and 60 cents back. Is the cashier really clueless? Or they did that deliberately hoping i would forget? On top of that they keep asking for donations for 4 years straight while other panda locations don't ask for donations. Seems fishy to me. Also the meals are down sized they don't put enough meat. Won't be back to this location ever again hope they get investigated for ripping people off

We went through the drive thru, and I checked my gift card online ahead of time. The lady told me there was nothing on the card, so cash was used instead. Later, I checked online again, and the card still had $7. Ontop of that, most of the food was medicore.

I don’t go here much and for good reason. Personally, I only go to this Panda Express if friends are loved ones wanna go. But I can’t stand it. The workers take a long time getting my order done. They are kind of zombie like to be honest. Not only in speed button the way they present themselves.
Not to mention, my order 80% of the time has something in the order is missing. And it’s such a pain to get it fixed.
My most recent order had three missing apple pie rolls. I tried to call them as soon as I got home and found out. I called three times but no one even picked up the phone. Honestly, I think that’s absolutely ridiculous.
The food is ok. But man, they need to get better on their accuracy and picking up the dang phone.

I arrived for lunch, intending to order my usual teriyaki chicken and super greens. After inquiring about the super greens preparation time, I was informed it would be seven minutes. However, I was subsequently notified that super greens were unavailable, with no estimated return time given; a timeframe of approximately thirty minutes was suggested. This is unacceptable. Panda Express management, what is the explanation for this? While this is a first for me, it may deter future patronage at this location. My lunch break was significantly impacted, resulting in a missed meal. Thank you for nothing, Panda Express management.
I found a rock in my food. Luckily I did not chip my tooth. It sure did hurt. How in the world does this get in the way food.

As always, the food was the same great quality they've been known for. I tried the Bourbon Chicken for the first time, & actually enjoyed it more than my usual Orange Chicken bcuz the meat was so much more tender, bite for bite. I think that Panda should adopt this as a regular entree from now on. This visit though, our server was a bit grumpy & her service wasn't up to standard. I hope she has better days to come.

I ate the honey walnut shrimp and sick with gastro all day today. Never had any issues with Panda in at least twn years. Don't go to this location on Watt.
