Very nice lady. I ordered 2 chow mein party trays using the app as I was in a rush to an event and saw panda on my way. App said pick up at 2 when I ordered at 10:30. Walked in and they just received the order thru but will work on it right away. Got my trays in 15 minutes. Very happy😁

I ordered through the Panda Express app and intended to go through the drive thru to pick it up but the line was 6 cars long so I went inside where they were not busy with customers, just in preparing the meals for the drive thru customers. I went straight up to the register area where I saw my online order sitting on the rack for online orders but was ignored for about 5 minutes by not only the people preparing the orders but by the cooks as well, all of who clearly saw me standing...

I visited Panda Express recently and had an amazing meal! I ordered the long noodles, orange chicken, and some of the sweet chicken/shrimp (the ones with the sweet white coating). Everything was flavorful and fresh, and I loved how generous the portions were—you can fit a lot in just one box.
