Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My brother and I were on a "steak run" road trip last summer when we decided to deviate from the plan and try some BBQ instead. We selected Our Family BBQ based on recent ratings and proximity to our camp site. Talk about hitting the jackpot! The BBQ was OUTSTANDING and the portions were HUGE! And at a fair price!!! I promised the owner I would leave a review when we got home... and I forgot... but I'm making up for that now. If you're ever in the Sacramento area, you've got to give this place a try - you will not be disappointed! And this restaurant will remain on our list of "go to" places if we ever decide to "steak run" in Northern California again!

Went there was nice but had lil kids running around the store behind the counter and beck and forth

I broke a molar on the garden salad served to me. I threw all items purchased from there away. Steve was beyond high on something . Super slow I had to correct him 3 times on what I had ordered . I wish I would have asked for refund and left because he was so high. Thought maybe he was slow and gave him benefit of the doubt... I ordered online at 6:55 was told pizza would be ready by 7:30 not done until 8:10 with only one customer in front of me that he took before fixing mine. I do NOT recommend Papa Murphy's on Watt and it will cost me 1500.00 to fix my tooth because of the ICK they served me. That guy was so high and or stupud. Manager was therre in back and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I soo wish I would have asked for refund and left. Or even given them the 25 bucks and left. Now I have 1500+ dental bill... yea do not recommend at all!!!In addition, Owner wouldn't even call back to ask about what happened or apologize for poor service and wouldn't give refund. So ridiculous customer service. The reviews the last couple months are exactly what I experienced minus the broken tooth...

Ordered a pizza online for my son's Birthday!, and was told to pick it up at six-fifteen got there at 6: 22 and they pointed to the closed sign the door was locked and I never got my pizza!! WTH so I am highly disappointed with this store! The store hours indicated that they were still open until 8 that day I waited around and they closed it up.. bad business!!

Most amazing BBQ, the meat was so tender, the sauce is so tasty and delicious. The collard greens were so good and the Mac N Cheese was so cheesy and delicious. We will be coming back for sure. This is truly the best bbq in Sacramento and the owner Steve is so nice, awesome customer service and yummy cinnamon water

Ordered online, but food was NOT ready when I got there. Had to wait more than half and hour, then take it home and cook. Won't use this location again. Ruined our nite.

Manager took personal time to assist me with my pizza order. Seemed very "all hands on deck" in running the place. Perfect, fast friendly , service. I definitely will be back.

This place closes at 4 pm promptly everyday they lie about the times they are open I wonder if the owner knows about it? Or maybe the owner is the one closing early either way this is theee absolute worse papa Murphy’s location in highlands and they clearly don’t need the business so what the heck are they even doing but taking up space on watt….

Don't open up at 11 saying 12 n they close before 8

Staff was nice although seemed kind of edgy with each other. Pizza was good ate some for dinner and some for lunch the next day.

Ordered for pickup at 7:30pm tonight. Got there on time and they were closed when their closing time is supposed to be 8.

I don't remember the gentleman name. Around 40 years old. Working the morning, he deserves a huge raise and promotion. His customer service and work ethic is amazing and unfortunately hard to find nowadays. Hopefully the owner sees this and considers him for a much deserved promotion or raise.

Horrible service, I called in my order, I was told 15 minutes, I get there and they couldn't find my order,so I had to re-order and waited for another 38 minutes,so never again
