Food was decent. We got the shrimp pineapple curry, pad see ew with chicken, fried mini egg rolls, and a thai ice tea. The egg rolls were over cooked and lacked a lot of flavor. The curry was delicious, but the shrimps hadn't been de-turded, which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. The pad see ew was pretty tasty, but the ratio of noodles to veggies was way off with the latter taking over the entire dish. We stopped here after an appointment at the VA and it is totally worth it. Small and quaint, the food was phenomenal. My husband had the green curry and I had the gang kua which blew us away. My husband couldn’t stop talking about “the complexity of flavor” and finished every bite, which is very rare. The staff was also pleasant and accommodating. It was well worth the visit and we will be coming again.
Great little hidden gem in north highlands. We go about once a month and our favorites include the fried crispy pork, green curry and the beef laab . Absolutely delicious food that tastes homemade.
