To put it simply, they are amazing here. Everyone deserves a raise, honestly we go here when we know we want a good drive-thru meal and great customer service.

I LOVE Popeyes Chicken! We don't have one where I live. I was passing by in Sac on Watt and decided to bring some home. Imagine my disappointment when the biscuits were super stale, over salted, and crumbly and the chicken had a burnt flavor. It was really dark brown almost black instead of golden and was not really edible. $50 in the trash 😭 I won't be back; lesson learned.

They sucked not happy enough.

My husband likes their spicy chicken tenders, I like their cajun fries. Their service has gotten better. The app gets easier to use, and there's no expiration on points.

The experience is epic, the place is nice and clean with great customer service and if there is an issue they will make things right.

The food was very bad, the service was horrible, the manager was very rude. I do not recommend eating there, and besides, I was waiting for a long time, it is the worst place I have ever been to.

They never have your order ready..you always have to go park. Twice I was told it would be about 8 minutes for my chicken, at a chicken restaurant. Last time I went I waited for it and got the fattiest chicken breasts I have ever encountered and received regular chicken strips instead of spicy. I work in a restaurant, it's not that hard to get it right. And they literally sell chicken, how can you always be out. Always. This is by far the worst location. I guess I can say at least the employees were nice and polite.

Parking: Came and ordered which was fine then I got to the window and was told it would only take 10-15 and it took more then 10-15 minutes there were no customer in line and I ordered thyes and got this small chicken NEVER AGAIN!

I Love that chicken from Popeye's. I had to bypass the two Popeyes on West El camino and EL Camino just to come here to the Watt ave Popeye's the other day, it was well worth the drive. The food was absolutely delicious the chicken was freshly made hot and crunchy. This is the best Popeyes in the neighborhood.
