The only reason that I gave it ta 3 is because the girl mistakenly put sugar-free syrup and I asked for a lot of squirts so it tasted awful if you're ever getting sugar-free anything never put a large quantity it tastes horrible but they were so nice and they give me my money back unfortunately I didn't make it to the other Starbucks to get a different drink. Everyone was nice except for one person. But maybe she was having a bad day but she was definitely not having a good one . I mean I got that from her facial expressions, she did not smile not even when I was smiling the whole time. I hope everything works out for her or that she had a better day.

Just went through the line , got the wrong drink. Was really craving this new item my sister told me about, and it has a mosquito on it, so upset i won’t be eating it now, and I won’t be back. Got 4 drinks, 2 of them had no flavor to them , please work on the products you give. And check the pastries before handing them out.

I ordered a GR pink drink with light ice and my cup was more than half way full of ice
Attention , went thru the drive thru as I always do. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and somehow the price was waaay different than what it usually is. They tried to charge us $30 , before we paid we told them to remove one $5 sandwich and somehow the price went from $30 to $19 . Either these batista never went to school or they tried being messy with tipping themselves $5 . The attitude was also unnecessary. All I can say is MESSY capital M. Didn't even get the drinks right. Why do we pay extra for cold foam if you not gunna add it ? I understand that their at home life is miserable but don't take it out on the customers that pay your salary. Try to delete this, 5 more reviews will take its place. I dare you.

Service wasn't too great this time around. Girl who took my order seemed kind of in a hurry to be done with me. Before I could for the receipt she's walking off. Had to grab it myself. Person who handed me one of the food items just goes "is this you" try "did you have the wrap". I couldn't see what was in the little bag so I had to ask if it was the wrap.
