If I could go negative stars I would I live 5 seconds from this location. & it's completely disappointing & disrespectful to serve your customers half a cup of coffee for $15. I barely tried it and this what it looks like. I even opened it in front of baristas feeling the cup extremely empty . The only thing I regret is not taking the pic at the counter inside. This is exactly how looked when I grabbed it but I did not want to confront anyone or say anything since my mom is in the ER and my grandma just died yesterday. I did not want to make scene for the busy workers because of other issues already happening in people's lives. Please do better.

I was definitely disappointed by this store. The customer service was to say it nicely, subpar. Not like most other starbucks. Made my drink and then we waited at least 5 mins before anyone asked what we were waiting on, as my son stood there with no drink. Then gave me a bs excuse. All the while, they were talking and giggling amongst themselves.

Currently out of state and wanted to order my mom the ‘medicine ball’ drink but the doordash menu didn’t allow me to customize it much. THANKFULLY, Lizzie helped me over the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful! It meant a lot that I was able to care for my mom while away through a nice, hot tea. 🤍 Thank you Lizzie for going the extra mile! :)

I order an oatmeal with 2% and they put water I called and they want me to come inside to change the oatmeal, The reason I went through the drive-through was because I was not able to come out of my car how stupid these people are.

Went at 6:20pm guy locked the doors, said close even though sign says 9pm. Would be ok if he didn't act like he didn't see us. Other worker came by and told us they were closed though

The posted operating hours are often inaccurate, which makes planning a visit frustrating. I’ve shown up during the listed times only to find them closed more than once. The service is just low average—not particularly welcoming or attentive. There’s definitely room for improvement.
