Currently out of state and wanted to order my mom the ‘medicine ball’ drink but the doordash menu didn’t allow me to customize it much. THANKFULLY, Lizzie helped me over the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful! It meant a lot that I was able to care for my mom while away through a nice, hot tea. 🤍 Thank you Lizzie for going the extra mile! :)

This one manager has intimated me. First it was bring my drink to my car. after stuttering and changing what she was first saying Like this is begging tobe an issue. Instead will get your drink correct. 5 mochas purchased in freezer or thrown out made incorrectly by Starbucks. I still paid for them too. It was like 10+ made wrong that's 70 + bucks . No...

I asked if they accept Venmo phone pay. They said they accept Venmo phone pay. Then it didn't work. They still got my order. Starbucks has a way different approach towards there customers.
