Nobody wants this much sauce, it should not be oozing out of my sandwich and on top of the sandwich. This sandwich costs $14 and they don’t accept the coupons that make it actually worth buying at this location. If you’re charging so much for a sandwich, make it tasty.

Very rude, impatient, and sassy.
She used the same unwiped knife for all 3 of our DIFFERENT sandwiches. Thats an allergy violation. ? One employee skipped a customer in the line to make HER OWN sandwich and then went to sit down to eat it.
While the employee helping us with 3 sandwiches, the next employee making the next sub for the customer behind us made a remark that she had to wait on us.
Will not be coming here again when there's such lack of basic decency as a human being with customer service.

I just left there about an hour ago, I was the only one there so I don't understand why she made my sandwich so rushed, when I took it out the wrapper to eat it I almost couldn't because of how sloppy she made it, the mayo was everywhere, the vegetables just thrown all around wasn't even on the sandwich! it just look like a slop sandwich was it even a sandwich?? Lol ? all my years of going to subway I've never seen anything like it

I hit the no tip button, and it said approved, then the girl said no you did it wrong and she charged me again but this time she pointed at the tip option and said now select, i hit no tip again, and she said fine all mad, but it said approved again, so i was so confused, so i immediately checked my account and sure enough she charged me twice, and she said oh no i only got one payment thats wrong it jus says pending, sure enough this morning theres two payments, this tipping is crazy, jus cuz i said no tip i get charged twice

The chicken had the taste and texture of cheap old canned chicken and the bread got so soggy before I was even done with the first half of my 23.00 dollar footlong chips and large drink "meal deal" such a waste of money I will probably start going to a totally different sandwich shop from now on...?

Ordered through the app. All four of my subs were made wrong. And one was a whole different sub I didn't even order at all. Ended up being a $40 waste and an hour of my time I'll never get back trying to get it fixed... Never will I ever go back here and I will be sure to tell everyone the same.
