It’s not just this one location. It’s all of them. I just spent nearly $40.00 for 2 foot long, bare minimum ingredients, tiny chips, small drinks at fountain, these sandwiches are just not worth $40.00 and the staff, I mean every store, just doesn’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction at all. I’m not going to be your customer anymore, ever. I’m going to tell everyone I know about my dissatisfaction. No more junk food.

Decided to go for lunch with a few friends, prices getting extremely high, a wrap went for $17.00. 6 in. sandwiches about the same, not including drink. Staff look up and double check what kind sandwiche ingredients needed to make what we ordered, move at a slow pace, robotic. Menu seems like less items didn't see a old favorite must of gotten taken off the menu.

I ordered a couple sandwiches for their deal and a couple desserts. I got them home and they look very sad in comparison to the menu. The sandwiches didn’t taste good and weren’t finished. The desserts, if you call it that, the churro was hard and didn’t taste right. The Oreo tasted fine, except the white topping was gooey and didn’t really taste anything like an Oreo and the texture was wrong as well. Not good meal for the money, and should get a new crew and management.

Nobody wants this much sauce, it should not be oozing out of my sandwich and on top of the sandwich. This sandwich costs $14 and they don’t accept the coupons that make it actually worth buying at this location. If you’re charging so much for a sandwich, make it tasty.

Very rude, impatient, and sassy.
She used the same unwiped knife for all 3 of our DIFFERENT sandwiches. Thats an allergy violation. ? One employee skipped a customer in the line to make HER OWN sandwich and then went to sit down to eat it.
While the employee helping us with 3 sandwiches, the next employee making the next sub for the customer behind us made a remark that she had to wait on us.
Will not be coming here again when there's such lack of basic decency as a human being with customer service.

I just left there about an hour ago, I was the only one there so I don't understand why she made my sandwich so rushed, when I took it out the wrapper to eat it I almost couldn't because of how sloppy she made it, the mayo was everywhere, the vegetables just thrown all around wasn't even on the sandwich! it just look like a slop sandwich was it even a sandwich?? Lol ? all my years of going to subway I've never seen anything like it
