This place is a joke . My food was all messed up . The crunch wrap was all tour up and just a mess couldn't pick it up it just was a mess . My chicken cantina taco has literally 3 tiny pieces of meat in it . I live in Antelope and stopped here on the way home . Called to let them know how messed up my order was . Lady expected me to drive all the way back . Lady is crazy 33 dollars on food and hella gas to drive back yeah f off . Don't come here and of you do un wrap your food and check . Place is a joke. You can see in the picture the joke they sent out .

For whatever reason, they want to stand outside with a handheld tablet to take your order instead of letting you look at the drive-thru menu. I decided to go in to place my order, and they decided that I should use the self-service checkout rather than take my order at the counter. I ordered two taco supremes to go, and the picture says it all.

The food i mean it’s Taco Bell so it’s as best as you’ll get but my biggest problem with this location is you HAVE to use the kiosk if you’re ordering inside, which is extremely annoying especially when if I have cash I still have to go to the front and now I’m waiting 5+ minutes just to PAY for my food plus the other 5+ min to get my food. If you’re going to make you’re customers use the kiosk at least you can do is be ready when we’re ready to pay. On top of that I went there the other night to get a take out order & both online and on the doors itself! It says they close lobby at 10pm it wasn’t even quite 9:30 yet and doors were locked and you can see the chairs on top of the table so you know they started closing up probaly around 9:00, since when are places allowed to close an hour early without even a note or anything w a reason why ? To summarize it you will get the worst service here! ??♀️ 20$ an hour and I’m waiting 10 minutes JUST TO PAY. Laziest Workers ever.

My total came out $6.24 and I handed a cashier $21.24 so I could get $15 back but this cashier names Alejandro entered only $20.21 into his cash register and gave me $13.97. I tried to explain him that my change should be $15 back but this guy so dumb did not want to understand. So dumb that Taco Bell hired anyone now days.

Well if you want to call it that no Jalapenos, no cilantro.Just meet cheese and a little bit of being.I hate it when people are lazy Jalapenos, no cilantro. Just meat, cheese, and a little bit of beans. I hate it when people are lazy. If you don't have all the ingredients tell people you can't make it. I feel like I've been ripped off. Lazy just plain lazy
