I last visited here when I was 5 years old with my aunt and grandparents who immigrated from England in the 50s. I was looking forward to having a nice lunch and some tea and also purchasing some imported items, sadly to my surprise they have closed down the store. Best wishes to the owners. I wish I had come sooner and shown my support for small business.

Gonna miss this place. Best fish and chips in the area (and beyond).

Stopped to check out the store and ended up having a wonderful conversation with the lovely owners. Sadly discovered they are closing the business end of this month so hurry up and stop by before they do! Will be back to enjoy their freshly made fish and chips next week!

My go-to place for fish & chips with mushy peas, excellent! Love the store, they have hard to find English desserts in the freezer, also Irish sausages & nice scones. So good! They have sauce mixes too!

Neat little place. Had fish and chips. They have a store of imported goods from Britain as well. Very cool.

What a charming place! A small import store on one side, for those British items that are hard to get here. And sitting for about 30 on the other restaurant side, cloth tablecloths and fun decor. The fish and chips is FANTASTIC. Generous portions and excellent quality Icelandic cod fish with the breading/batter done to perfection, crisp, not greasy. We added mushy peas and bread/butter for a classic lunch. The owner is gracious and friendly. I will be going back, tea and crumpets next time.
