The parking at this location is limited. The service was great. The location is clean but limited seating inside. The Valentine’s Day special flavor love at first bite is pretty good but tastes like frozen yogurt. Jamoca almond fudge is always delicious. Eight out of ten recommend.

Went here this evening and ask for a banana Royal. First of all the guy behind the counter was eating and seemed bother to help. Then he quickly said what do you want. So I told him and picked my flavors, he scooped the first flavor like he was not even trying to scoop, it was not even a full scoop then he went for the second flavor and did it again even less, when I asked to see the ice cream He got mad and said would you like me to weigh it with a sarcastic tone. I told him he could eat it and left. The more we pay minimum wage the worse customer service gets. If you don't like working then stay home.

I witnessed both ladies working behind the counter put back ice cream from a container that was returned into the big container where they serve ice cream scoops, this is very unsanitary and possibly contaminating everything

I love coming here! I grew up coming to this location and have seen change of ownership. The staff is awesome and they're friendly and attentive.

I loved their service. It was wonderful. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I will be going there again soon. My server Sarai was very nice and polite. Her smile and attitude is what most likely sells most of your guys' icecream. The price was good. The quality of the icecream was perfect. Love it.

Thank you soo much for the wonderful service. I loved it. The serving sizes are very well portioned. The cleanliness of the shop is very nice. How they keep their tables clean and the floors, is very reassuring. Sarai, my server, was very nice and polite. I will for sure be returning to this location for my icecream.

Worst ice cream place ever!!! The service was bad. The employee Sarai was very rude, had attitude and she does NOT wear gloves when she touches the cones with her fingers. I told her that's not sanitary and if she could please wear gloves, she replied "well no one else has a problem with that"I will never go there again and I don't recommend this place to anyone!

I just picked up a cake from this location for my son who just turned 8 years old. I've ordered from this location in the past, but did not realize ownership had changed?Which made a world of difference to myself & wife it was absolutely unacceptable & beyond disappointed.We supplied a picture & I said it was to feed 6 people & the lady taking the order advise & recommended a sheet size was bigger. Upon picking up the cake, it " the cake" was barely big enough to feed 3- small children. Unbelievable how they could give such a small portion & pass it off as to feed 8-12 people for $55+ Dollars. Extremely unprofessional & rude. I will not be back to support this business. I don't recommend this place at all

Worst customer service ever!!!!! The guy with sunglasses was really rude to me and my daughter. I just asked for a banana royale, but he was giving me attitude plus he laughed of my accent with his coworker. What kind of service is this?!?!!?! Do better Baskin Robbins teach your employees MANNERS!!!!!

Just had the worst Baskin-Robbins experience of my life. My wife ordered a scoop of ice cream and didn't get it. My kids ordered kids scoops and we got charged adult scoops. I ordered a scoop of ice cream and got charged a double. Three guys "working" (one was just standing around) and none spoke English well, they didn't even speak Spanish. The guy who scooped my ice cream asked me if I wanted a cap. I said, "A what?" He said, "Do you want a cap?" This went on three times then one of the other guys bumped his shoulder and told him it was a "cup." I'm cool with foreigners and respect them for coming to America for a better life, BUT if they're going to work retail they should at least be able to speak the lingo of the job. One of the guys was wearing sunglasses the whole time at 8:30 pm. (WTF?) When I looked at the receipt and discovered the wrong charges, it took all three of them to figure it out. They couldn't void the transaction and start anew. They couldn't refund the overcharge via the credit card machine. After I scribbled it on paper and they added it up (multiple times) with a phone calculator app, they issued the refund in cash. I had asked for "a scoop" of ice cream and they were adamant that I got two scoops and wanted to charge me as such. I ended up just telling them that I didn't want it and gave it back as everyone in my family had finished eating. The refund process took ten minutes plus and I was pissed they were trying to charge me for two scoops when I had asked for "a scoop." If they actually gave me two scoops or not (didn't look like it) should be irrelevant. Now they get to throw the ice cream away (with toppings on it) instead of selling it to me for the price of the one scoop I asked for. SUPER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have kept driving by there and gone to the Northridge store at Balboa and Devonshire where we normally go. They know us there. We're in multiple times a month. Great location with great friendly staff that if they make a mistake in the customer's favor, they shrug it off. I ALWAYS leave the Northridge store satisfied.
