This is my local El Pollo Loco, they've done some remodeling since I was last here, added a little more separation between the ordering area and the rest of the dining room. The staff was on their feet during the height of the lunch hour, very hard-working and courteous, on their feet catering to the needs from different customers. This restaurant looks to be run very well and the staff works very well together.

El Pollo Loco offers excellent food, quick service, and a wonderful rewards program. Despite some noisy chicken chopping, it is considered one of the best fast food places in LA. The tostados are highly recommended, and the new street corn pollo bowl is a popular choice. The atmosphere may not be the best, but the staff is professional and the location is clean.
