They have lots of different tasty treat options. The staff is efficient & friendly. My favorite are their popsicles. Lots of flavors to try.
Nice service
I walked in there and the lady took her sweet time to come out. When she finally stepped out she was on the phone the whole time! Did not bother to even talk to me just had me quietly point to what I wanted while still on the phone. Did not wash her hands, put gloves on, nothing. she even cleaned her nose before serving me. Never going back!
The desserts and snacks were meh, the lady at the front was rude and didn't care to accommodate customers requests or orders.
Good customer service but I have a complain:
Biónico is unlikely the other location. it didn’t have coconut or raisins only granola on top which is not a complete bionico in that way.
If they run out of items they should let their customers know to not have expectations.
I doubt me coming back to this location even if it closes later than others.
Lady attending me asked me what i wanted and every time she would talk to a co-worker in between and ask me if i can repeat what it is i said. Purchased a banana split at a different location and there was a big difference in size and ice cream quality. 2 minutes after walking out of the store my ice cream was almost soup. Whereas at the location on Parthenia i was able to drive home with the ice cream still in tact.

STAFF ONLY SPEAKS SPANISHEven when I bring a translation device and patiently wait they play dumb and shake their heads but happy and helpful to other Spanish speakers. Happens several times, wish I knew the language but ice cream stores shouldn’t discriminate
