I ordered Tocino and it was pretty good. It had the right amount of rice to meat ratio if that makes sense. The Crispy Pata is also really good! But be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes for that item.
Today 10:45 am, I drop by to they’re branch 9516 sepulveda blvd, north hills 91343. I ordered 2 bibingka, 1 pancit malabon, 1 halo halo and a big crispy pata(one size) only, which is quite expensive, but it’s ok I can afford it. After 45 minutes all my orders were ready. I’m excited about the crispy pata but to my surprise it looks like it’s overcooked because it’s a little bit burned. I can tell because I’m a cook...
Their bibingka is delicious! Custard like texture and sweetness is just right. Pansit can use more vegetables and meat toppings.Their mungo and the tortang talong were tasty and flavorful. The torta was a bit oily, but overall the dishes were tasty.
