I went to McDonald’s, like I do every day, for my coffee, but the app has been giving me a lot of problems over the past two weeks. It says I have to wait 15 minutes, but I’ve never had any issues getting served at the counter and having my order taken without a problem. They usually just recommend that I delete and reinstall the app.
But this time, the manager had a really bad attitude. She told me it wasn’t her problem and that she couldn’t take my order, and that I should just go to another McDonald’s. Since they don’t wear name tags, she could have told me any name, but according to her, her name is Raquel or Rachel. Just like that, she told me to go somewhere else. That’s not the attitude or the way to treat someone who goes there every day to make a purchase.

Had to wait 25 minutes for my order. I went inside and ordered from the kiosk and after 15 minutes of waiting I tried to get the attention of a employee, when I approached the counter the employee saw me and walked behind the wall so I couldn't say anything. So annoying when fast food isn't fast anymore.

Good luck picking up an order in the lobby. The staff is only focused on the drive thru. Nobody pays attention to the dine in customers.

Terrible,everytime i go to this place they always park me,the managers who is in charge tell the cashier to do that all the time,she/he has already 4 to 5 cars park. Is a fast food place not a park and wait till we feel like taking your food to your car

Stopped in late around 11pm.for some quick munchies after a ling day. Fries were fresh and delicious! Chicken was good too. Cheeseburgers were okay. They are paper thin and so small now.

Would give 1 star but that won’t be fair. It’s a normal McDonald’s been there twice and first time was normal. Second time as it was my turn to order another car pulled up and I got skipped. No problem. Said hello and I was told to wait one sec. Another car pulled up and she went to the other car right away. It’s ok I’m patient. Same thing happens with car number 3. At that point I’m not dealing with the bs. I left.
