So, this McDonald's is actually called McMarro and talk about it being the most Mexican McDonald's in the world. Everything is done by kiosk and the service is terrible. Out of the 7 times I've been here they have got my order correct one time.

Delivery experience is always horrible. Uber at restaurant nearly 20 minutes to pick up order, the food is cold.......why does order pickup take so long....it should be ready they had to drive there to pick it up. Tighten up please

Closed 8:50 on Christmas Eve with workers in the parking lot nothing saying they’re closed and with a pretty big line, no workers even told us

Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal about asking the drive thru to not put ice in my drink but to not even ask me about sauce with my nuggets. I should’ve looked in my bag at first but they should’ve asked it while I’m ordering

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. They are incredibly rude and act like they don't care when they mess up. Attempted to use the mobile pick up and sat in the spot for 30 mins with no one coming out. When someone came out to bring food for another customer, I asked about my order, and he said he would take care of it.
Cut to 30 mins later, and I had to go in myself, wait 10 more mins just for someone to acknowledge me at the counter, then watch as he pulled my from behind the counter since it's probably been sitting there since it was done.
Plenty of other Mcdonalds in the area, avoid this every time.
