My girl and I like coming to this McDonald's. The manager (NoraLiz)is super cooperative and we like her attitude and she is very nice and friendly. One of the young workers who gave us water is nice too. We like the food here and overall it's cool.

Worse service ever, I order 3 cookies on the drive-thru to not get down from my car, they only give me 2 and when I went in to request my 3rd cookie the lady that give me the bag with cookies started saying, he eat one already, I give him 3. So not professional from and employee. I request to speak to the MOD and I waited about 5 minutes (5pm 8/17/2015)for the MOD and he/she never came out. Just make me waist my valuable time. Corporate should look in to this, as most of this location reviews are about the employees costumer service.

Worst and most unprofessional workers. Instead of speaking to their employees in private they decided to loudly reprimand and suspend one in the lobby making everyone uncomfortable. They are also colorist and constantly picked on the one dark skinned worker on their staff. Corporate really needs to do a full deep dive into this store to fix the problem.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for long time but today it wasn't it. The lady in the morning drive thru had the worst customer service ever 1st she gets my order wrong when I corrected her she was like you said yes I told her I couldn't hear correctly due to an ear problem I have when she gave e my change she was mumbling something with another coworker and told me that my order was at the other window I asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes and printed it saying I still need the receipt for what I just have to say if you don't like your job look for one that you actually enjoy instead of being mad all the time for.something she did.

Asked for caramel on the sides of the cup on the inside they then proceeded to put the caramel on the outside of the cup…. Idk how you can mess that up😂

So, this McDonald's is actually called McMarro and talk about it being the most Mexican McDonald's in the world. Everything is done by kiosk and the service is terrible. Out of the 7 times I've been here they have got my order correct one time.
