Really disappointed I ordered on curbside but they have me waiting for 10 minutes I had to go inside and they erase my order and nobody delivered to me

Waited and got stuck for over 30 minutes in a very long, double-lane, drive-thru line during the holidays ... just for a large order of fries. I was patient, knowing everyone else was experiencing the same thing. My app wouldn't open, so instead of about $1.85, they cost almost $7.00. I had waited so long, I decided to just pay it because I was really craving McDonald's French fries. The kicker is, they seemed old, hard, not very salty ... tasted terrible. I didn't have time to go back to get a refund or replacement.

Over the years it seems like the staff and management have been more friendly. Havent had my order messed up in a long time.
Update : 10/25/2025 They have 2 drive up lanes since the restaurant closes at 7pm. For your convenience go to a lane with less cars to avoid getting cut in line.

I came here plenty of times to give them a chance. And seems like the couldn't get my order right. Not just that, but the service was quite bad. Specially coming from the manager there. Seems like she doesn't like her job. Can't get order right Can't provide good customer service And most of all, the attitude when you're ordering food.

My girl and I like coming to this McDonald's. The manager (NoraLiz)is super cooperative and we like her attitude and she is very nice and friendly. One of the young workers who gave us water is nice too. We like the food here and overall it's cool.

Worse service ever, I order 3 cookies on the drive-thru to not get down from my car, they only give me 2 and when I went in to request my 3rd cookie the lady that give me the bag with cookies started saying, he eat one already, I give him 3. So not professional from and employee. I request to speak to the MOD and I waited about 5 minutes (5pm 8/17/2015)for the MOD and he/she never came out. Just make me waist my valuable time. Corporate should look in to this, as most of this location reviews are about the employees costumer service.
