Norwood is a divey bar that offers delicious Micheladas and a great selection of craft beer. It's a great spot to catch a game or enjoy some music on some nights. However, just recently the tables turned. Me and a few of my friends decided to check out Norwood because it's always a great spot to be. They had a DJ with good vibes up until after ordering several drinks. I go to order a water and get a bottled water... $2 per bottle... really? I found it kind of strange when my friend ordered from the other bartender and got just a free cup of water which is what I was looking for. Never ever unless specifically ordering a bottled water have I been charged for water! I told the lovely bartender why are you charging me since I just wanted a cup of water? She said it's because of management. Ok, I understand but why is the other bartender not charging? We order plenty of drinks and I find this to be absurd. At least get on the same page and charge everyone for water or simply don't charge at all. So because of this unnecessary drama, security I guess was bored and asked us what the issue was. We are definitely not troublemakers and we were just looking for a local dive bar where we could enjoy a few drinks. That's all!

Came in for a drink, have been here several times before. Bartender insisted on taking my driver's license and credit card. OK, not too comfortable with that but fine. They swiped it into their computer, fine. I asked for my ID back, but they refused, saying it is company policy. I closed out and left. Not returning.
Place always has an empty parking lot all the time Over priced....but don't ignore the bad reviews Nobody is here hating just trying to get these dive bars to Step it up ..nobody knows the price of beers there ? I guess they change hour by hour ....I think a regular lite beer is $8-$10 depending on the time....good food ...bar is over congested....don't know what the owner was thinking ? They only have Bud lite on happy hour....no other beers
