This is, without a doubt, the most poorly managed Popeyes I’ve ever encountered. They never answer the phone, which is incredibly frustrating. Time and again, I’ve had to visit the location in person only to discover that the item I wanted would take 20–30 minutes to prepare. This could have easily been avoided if they simply answered the phone and allowed customers to place orders in advance.

This has been an ongoing issue for over three years. When I’ve asked the cashiers why the phone goes unanswered, they claim it’s because the phone is located in the back office, and they don’t hear it ringing. A simple solution, such as using a cordless phone, could easily resolve this problem, but it seems there’s no interest in improving customer service.

The lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer convenience is unacceptable. This location needs serious management improvements to provide the level of service customers deserve.

Almost starved waiting for the food. Food is very good and employees are nice. Im tired of waiting 20+ minutes (40 once and they forgot a sandwich and put bacon in another sandwich) for food.

Vegetarian options: They have a large menu and I'm sure even vegetarians can find something. I am also not sure how many items are technically strictly vegetarian where you would expect it to have any meat and it actually doesn't or vice versa items that are not technically strictly vegetarian where you wouldn't expect meat but its there in some form. But if you're looking for a wide variety of options a fried chicken restaurant probably isn't a great place to start. They don't have any chik'n on the menu. There is a good selection of seafood on the menu for pescatarians. So it depends on one's restrictions. Vegans however will probably have a difficult time.

Dietary restrictions: I hope you like or can eat chicken or seafood because that's basically the entire menu besides the biscuits and sides.

Parking: Very limited. Located in very small corner strip mall so parking is shared with other businesses. Depending on how busy it is I could see the few spots they have filling up easily and forcing you to find parking elsewhere. I walked in and wasn't specifically looking for it, but I don't think they have a drive thru lane.

Kid-friendliness: Popeye's doesn't specifically cater to children other than having a kid's menu

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading up to the door on the side

Terrible service. We came to pickup our food & not only did they tell us they didn't have the item we had ALREADY placed. After finally getting our order that feeds a family of 5, they gave us 3 ranches & said we couldn’t get anymore even it is was just 2 more??? The server guy at the front was rude and couldn’t even properly handle any customer correctly. Terrible place, really don’t recommend this location because they never have ANYTHING. Do better.

Ice Machine and Fountain drinks not working. Who builds a restaurant and NO restroom for customers. Most people wash their hands after eating fried chicken.

My son 7 year old son was eating his drumstick when i noticed it was too red inside. My Husband started breaking open more of the pieces to find that a few of them were also very red inside. We feel very disgusted and sick by this. This is CHICKEN. We are returning the meal and going to asked for a refund. This should have never been placed on anyone’s plate. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with some sort of rectification. Thank you

wow i was not surprised when i saw how low ratings were. should’ve looked before coming in. customer service was so poor, emily one of the workers was incredibly rude, made several mistakes on my order. not helpful at all!!!

Rude, rude , rude. I see why they have a low rating. No one ever answers the phone when you need to talk to them. Ever. I will go out of my way to go to another popeyes. The guy with braces is so incredibly rude I don’t understand how he still works here. I have never been treated this badly any where. The wings I purchased some time ago were so bad I couldn’t finish them. Tried calling and they just don’t answer. This is not the first time this guy was rude for no reason. I’m calling corporate about this because if it’s done to me it’s done to others . Never again

It seems that the food industry fast food especially has gone to the dogs. You put out good money and you come to restaurants expecting product and there's a wait during dinner time. Horrible. This is the second Popeyes that I went to unhappy with them all. They're all turning into automated machines. Only pushing combinations. They want you to get the meal. They don't want you to buy individually. So sad for the American consumer ????????
