This is one of the only places in the valley who will make their food spicy enough for me. Most places will give you a sub par kick, but not Prem's. When you ask for Thai spicy, they deliver! A wonderfully robust vegan menu and great customer service makes this one of my regular spots. Servings could stand to be a little larger for the price, but its still a very delicious and plenty spicy!!!

I usually get my food delivered from this neighbor restaurant , and food is so good.So quick and food prepared with goodpresentation . Same when you decide to eat at their nice and clean restaurant .So many choices and right price on their menu. Proud to support this family business in our nearby location.

I didn't realize that one of SFV's hidden gem Thai restaurants was overdue for an updated review. Due to the distance from my base, I do not get the chance to visit Prem's Thai Kitchen as often as I would like to. But when I do, I am treated to a scintillating meal that gets a lot of positive feedback from the culinary senses.My favorite dish here is their Spicy Chili fish, which I get at the heat level of spicy. It arrives at the table well presented, with impressive optics. The fish is battered and deep fried to a perfect outer crisp, while the inside stays moist, flaky and flavorful. It is lightly bathed in a superb chili sauce that catapults the dish to a higher level of appreciation and satisfaction. We also had egg rolls (very well prepared) and drunken noodles (nice char taste) with chicken. I always request the Thai chilis with fish sauce, which for me, enhances most, if not all, Thai entrees. Service at this restaurant is always high class. During my dining experience, I got the opportunity to speak with Prem, who is the co-owner (with his wife) of the restaurant that bears his name. He said he was getting ready to retire and was looking forward to some R&R time. So, for those Thai food aficionados, it's time to pay more visits to Prem's Thai Kitchen, before the baton is passed, and someone else takes the helm.
