I have mixed experiences here. Today, I picked up my caramel Frappuccino with coconut milk, and it was not good. I had to add my own flavor to it. There's nothing worse to me than a bad cup of coffee when I'm sleepy. Lately the customer service has been a lot better. I just hope that whoever made my drink today does a better job in the future.

BY FAR THE BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION IN THE AREA! Everyone’s always very nice. Very quick and have never messed up my drinks! I can’t have dairy and they make sure my drink is always oatmilk. All the other locations constantly mess up and give me dairy. Today I ordered from a location down the street, they remade my drink and it was still regular 2% milk LOL. I came to this location and they re made it without hesitation for me even tho it was from another location. I love them...

I was driving to CSUN. I just got off Highway 405 and realized I had time for breakfast. It was so insanely early. It was about 6:15am. So being unfamiliar with the area, I was eyeing and driving for a "fast breakfast". I eyed this Starbucks in a shopping plaza on the corner of Nordhoff and Wooley. But it doesn't have a drive thru.
