I want to give a huge thanks to the pretty girl with the pink hair that took my order I believe her name was shirley she was such a sweet heart awesome customer service my overall experience was amazing thanks to her.

Seems stupid to write a bad review for a drive through but you guys should know that your employee; the girl working the drive through at 10:56 was extremely rude. I tried ordering a green tea she rings it in as an ice tea i say sorry I want it to be hot please she goes k what else (acted so annoyed when she didn’t even ask whether or not it should be hot or not just assumed) would’ve been no issue had she not acted like i was an inconvenience. I let it go and then said can i also get a mango dragonfruit with light ice she gives me an attitude and goes with lemonade right? I say no just a mango dragonfruit. Then I say thanks no response. I get to the window she rolls her eyes and hands me my drinks with attitude. As I drive off I check and she gave me a WHITE MOCHA?? NO GREEN TEA? with a mango dragonfruit that had EXTRA ice. You can’t make this up. She absolutely did it on purpose for whatever reason? It wasn’t worth going back to fix because of how negative her energy and attitude was. Shocking experience, I’ll never be back to this location.

The lady was so rude and she didn’t great us properly. We would ask a question and she would give so much attitude. With raising her voice even though we were being completely nice. I don’t normally write reviews cause I understand the stress of it but she was rude right off the bat. Her name was Heather completely unprofessional. Also the drinks weren’t even made properly they forgot to add the extra stuff we asked and that we payed for too. I would also like to note I have never had a problem before with this Starbucks just with this specific person everyone else is super nice. I hope she isn’t the manger because that’s is just sad if she doesn’t know how to at least talk professional

I bought an iced lavender cream oat matcha latte light ice. I got the coffee with more ice than coffee. I talked to the guy who made the coffee and he said no problem I’m going to make another one. A lady Josh approached to him and she said we can’t do that. I explained that I got more ice than coffee even I requested it light ice but the lady was so rude and with a bad, bad aptitude. I didn’t like the service. It’s sad because always I buy coffee in this locations and always buy Starbucks gift cards for my friends and family. Hope the manager and corporation talk to her and provide good customer service.

I usually love coming here because the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. However, today was a completely different experience. The employee who assisted me, whose name I believe is Nicole, displayed a lack of patience, professionalism, and basic customer service skills.

When my card didn’t go through on the first attempt, she immediately made a face, looked visibly annoyed, and even rolled her eyes. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy and professionalism, she showed clear frustration. I had to verify my identity through a security alert, which only took a moment, yet she seemed unwilling to wait and made it obvious that she was irritated.

Her demeanor was completely unprofessional—customer service requires patience and respect, especially in situations beyond the customer’s control. A simple polite response or understanding nod would have been appropriate, but instead, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While she may present herself well on the outside, her lack of kindness and professionalism overshadowed everything else.

Every time when I go in a Starbucks this location they lying to me they don't have change blah blah blah. On every time when I giving them fifty dollars us american bill I'm gonna every time when I give them $50 US American bill. They lying to me, they don't have change, they don't have change. They don't have change. I hate this location. On Bank of America, it's close. It's 2 minutes to work. Should be managers. Keep the change any time no manager. They don't care.

I always have such a terrible experience here. This Starbucks is the closest one to home aside the one inside of target that closes very early. So I always have to come to this one however I usually choose to drive 10 minutes further just to avoid this Starbucks. They never make the drink correctly and the girls in the front always have an ugly attitude, especially if you order something extra or modifications on your drink!!! I went to Marshalls today and said you know what let’s just try it out and of course the girl in the front Ofelia had an attitude, and was acting like she just wanted me to get out of there. She asked me what do I want to do with all the extra space in my cup I said ice is fine, mind you this is after all the attitude I got when I asked about other things such as classic syrup etc. And apparently, my lack of knowledge with the cane sugar being discontinued bothered her.
So when I get my drink, of course it’s made wrong and on top of that if she specifically asked what I would want to do with the extra space in the cup because I got a bigger cup why would they give me the smallest cup?
This is constant to where my drinks are made wrong or the girls in the front have such a terrible attitude or both! And I’ve never complained. I have literally thrown my drink out and said nothing & drove to a different location because its made wrong, taste wrong etc but I’m honestly scared to ask them to remake it because of their mean attitudes and I fear they will just make it even worse.. And it’s sad because I spent my hard earned money here all the time and for once I wish I can have a good experience where the girls aren’t mean or the drink is made good or correct, I just feel like if you’re paying for some thing you have the right to ask for it to be made correctly because you get charged for every single thing you add on.. so why can’t I have what I’m paying for? This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever had this problem.. so many times I got the name of the workers in the front with an attitude but honestly, I just never did it but today I’ve had enough.

The location itself is really nice. Cool little coffee shop for Thousand Oaks. But the coffee itself was not that good at all and the service was very robotic. Didn’t feel personal at all which was disappointing.
