I brought the same refillable coffee cup thing that I’ve used a coffee, bean Starbucks, and wherever for a long time and the waitress told me that my cup was dirty and a loud obnoxious voice, and I should have to sell me my coffee and another cup, and that they can’t rinse out my cup for me And she did that without even looking at my stainless steel container very offensive very rude This happened to me about 7:55 PM Saturday, January 24 extremely rude, blonde haired woman at the register I would highly advise against this place unless you wanna be offended by rude people openly rude people trying to be rude terrible terrible terrible👎🤮👎

I ordered a coffee with light ice, but when I received it, more than half the cup was ice. This was disappointing, especially since I specifically customized my drink to avoid that. It’s frustrating to have customization options available if they aren’t followed. I hope this is something that can be improved, because customers should get what they actually order.

TBH I came to pick up my mobile order I did and the baristas didn’t had my order ready on time even though it said it was ready I asked nicely if how long was there going to take and they didn’t tell me a time and when I asked they gave me a bad attitude and when I still when with the cashier to ask for my order she told me to wait or go ask again for my order @ the end she just decided to refund my money and on the receipt it said that I didn’t wanted the order 🙄😏

This is my home starbs, .2 mile away and 5x the coconut milk has been bad. Idk if they are sitting it out all day or it's old but I'm tired of wasting money or having to go back. I go to other starbs and no problem. Idk what they are doing to their coconut milk...I've told them more than 1x.

I usually come here every morning and buy a drink, I get the morning crew which is Ofelia and Rose and they are absolutely lovely, the whole morning crew is, but this evening I went in there to ask for a cup of WATER And a rude employee by the name of KAT was visibly upset and told me that next time I should buy a drink because they don't give water to non paying customers!!! Mind you I buy from this store frequently!!! Rude rude rude , said she was risking her job by giving me water. Give me a break so out of hand and rude.

Today, during the release of the Hello Kitty collection, the employees took all the merchandise for themselves. It’s so disappointing — we waited outside for over 3 hours and couldn’t even buy one item. This is honestly the worst service ever. Starbucks, it’s unacceptable that you allow this kind of behavior toward your loyal customers. So sad and frustrating. Definitely no more Starbucks for me.

I ordered a coffee on my app and I went inside to pick it up and I was very impressed at how nice and friendly the staff were and how quickly my drink was ready, despite it being a weekday morning @ 8 am, and a packed drive thru at the time! The Casi Cielo coffee is really tasty! 🩷Theres no indoor seating there but i believe there are a few outdoor tables
