They are putting less meat, tuna, peperoni etc and more vegetables. If I wanted more vegetables I'd ask for it. That's the messed up part about ordering online! Total disappointment.

Visited today at 11:57am 11/13 - the person who made my sub was VERY rude. I asked for and italian bmt sub an Italian herbs and spices and she asked what kind of meat and I said the Italian bmt and she said yeah but kind of meat then I said I’m confused what kind of meat do you have?

Then she said turkey ham what do you want?

And I said I guess turkey and ham?

Really poor attitude, tone, and presence. If you don’t like your job QUIT

I went to this location and tried to use the coupon, but the front lady was so rude and had poor service, she told me that I could not use the coupons there because they were not participating.
so stop sending coupons to people if they are not going to accept coupons That is ridiculous
because we got there and is wasting of time
to go to the subways restaurants
there so unprofessional to attend to the customers

Usually I’m not the one to complain because I just hate being “THAT” customer, but it seems that every time I go in to buy food to use my subway rewards points to pay for my sandwiches the POS system is always down? This is my second time I go in to this subway and they always tell me that the system is down or broken, I’m just very disappointed and frustrated because as a assistant manager of another subway I know this excuse, not only that I had called the store to speak to the manager to resolve this manner and the employee who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude when I had asked for the managers number. For the most part some of the employees at this location are very nice and friendly but the rest of them just need to better themselves with customers service and mainly to make their customers feel welcomed.

Horrible customer service!!!! Gave me the wrong order even after I specifically told them exactly what I wanted. Gave me the wrong bread after I told her 5 times what type of bread I wanted. Didn't even cook my veggies patty fully. It was left raw and disgusting. Gave me spinach even after I asked for her to not give me spinach specifically. Food was horrendous and costumer service was so bad, clearly they do not train their employees. Do yourself a favor and go to the subway 2 blocks away on Plummer and sepulveda. That one is amazing. Disgusting treatment and horrible food!!!!
