Came here late night after work to get an ice coffee and something to eat and was greeted with some man that said he doesn’t know how to make an ice coffee. I spoke to him and Spanish also and he insisted that he doesn’t know how to make anything and continued to clean. Had to leave didn’t seem like he wanted to help. Not sure why they are open if they have employees that say they don’t know how to make a black ice coffee.

Worst customer service ever. They guy with glasses needs training because he clearly doesn't want to be there. It was 60 dollars for a dozen dounts 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Never going back and I recommend people not too unless you want your morning to start off bad

Terrible customer service, I don’t know if there are more workers but the gentleman who had me today was extremely rude, I repeated my order like three times and he just started laughing I don’t know if I was saying something wrong but I knew he had understood me he was just asking me to repeat my order again for bothering me
My son wanted donuts and we were in the area so we decided to stop by At first we stood there and Noone came to the window, then I saw an older gentlemen just walk by and go the back ignoring there was a customer in the front. I said “hello” and a woman said “be right there I'm making a sandwich “ like she was bothered. The older gentlemen then came out and asked what I wanted took my order and then said to wait a couple min for my order, he looked bothered and I can tell he wanted to be a smart ass. As I'm walking to the side he says something under his breath. I mean seriously? Lol wow..: girl ends up coming out and sliding over my sandwich to me. Man seriously I hope you read my review and you remember who I am. Apparently they took it to the heart when I said “helloo” . How the hell am I supposed to know this girl was doing a sandwich? You need to check your damn attitude and if you don't like your job then maybe get another one or fake it till you make it. Sad to see such wack customer service for something a simple.

Dang, back when I was an EMT around 2015 it was middle of the night and on our way back to station after a long hectic shift I had not eaten so wanted a donut. I remember some old dude working there getting super impatient while I was standing there trying to figure out what I wanted. I left, never been back and clearly this scumbag Is still there acting a fool.
