WOW WOW WOW! I needed a birthday cake delivered to my mother on very short notice (24 hours). Katherine responded immediately to my email with options she could bake, and she took my cues as to how I wanted the cake perfectly and quickly. We were in constant communication via email for a few hours and the next day she kindly delivered the cake herself to my mother.
