The Queso Tacos and San Marcos Style Tacos Dorados, with consome, are hands down the real deal. So delicious! The Cucumber Agua Fresca was the perfect compliment drink. Best in the Valley.

Quite good but not amazing- IF, you know quesabirrias? Consommé lacks key flavor notes and it’s kinda fatty and salty vs sublime. I’ve lived in the east bay (SF) and quesabirrias are sadly way more prevalent than in LA. But even grunge taco trucks there are better than this.
