This place is an absolute joke. My girlfriend came here to buy me a princess cake for my bday. The only cake I like. She had never seen a real princess cake before. She called on the phone and asked if they had princess cake. The woman on the phone said yes. So my gf came in and they sold her a completely different cake. The next night when I saw the cake, I noticed immediately it wasn’t a princess cake. So we both went back to the bakery and brought the wrong cake we were sold. We kindly tried to explain the situation and immediately the girl shut us down and got defensive and refused to give us a refund. They in fact do not have princess cake but are selling their own version of princess cake and passing it off as the real thing. The owner (I presume) came out and proceeded to argue with us about what a real princess cake is. When I googled it and showed them they were still so stubborn that they couldn’t admit that what they were selling as princess cake was in fact not real even when shown proof. She had the nerve to tell us that what we think is princess cake is an opinion. Seriously one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had. They refused to give my gf her refund. I’ve attached a picture of a real princess cake and then what they actually sold us. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. We have to dispute this with her bank now. Thankfully we have pictures. If you’re looking for princess cake, do not come here. They are selling normal raspberry cake and trying to pass it off as a real princess cake. Then they’ll gaslight you and tell you it’s an “opinion” when you tell them they’re wrong. The worst part about this is we tried to be nice when bringing this to their attention and they were so defensive and stubborn right off the bat it was absurd. Will never come here again and hope everyone knows that these people are immature and will falsely represent their cakes.

Tried to give benefit of the doubt despite last year. However this is what I received when asking for inspo (second to last picture). The one thing I emphasized the day I ordered was the color. They explained that it won’t be exact which I was fine with but I wanted a similar muted green and dusty orange for the designs and beige for the base. They had specifically clarified “orange with some brown in it”. I got a bright green and pink designed cake on a yellowy base. The accuracy to design was better than last year. They had also asked what kind of writing I would like on the top (specified if i wanted dotted or regular piping) and while I requested dotted piping of the number 19, the day I went to pickup it was in regular piping. When we requested dotted piping be done on the day of pickup, the second picture is what I received. In addition to all of that, the cake started collapsing within an hour of bringing it home, having no support within it for the tall cake. The flavor itself was fine, but a bit too sweet. I had also gotten a second cake for the same date. There was the same issue with the color but not as bad. They had wrote “twenty one” when we had requested “twenty three” and did not seem like they wanted to correct their own mistake. They did but it was very sloppy. Flavor was also fine but too sweet.
