THA ROZ LOS ANGELES

I came to the North Hollywood location after work , like I sometimes do, but this time I couldn’t decide what I wanted. So my server Ariana recommended the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and WOW they were delicious !!! So glad she helped me decide n she was always pleasant as usual . I like how she keeps her section clean. Ive been to some other IHOP’s n lets just say their booths aren’t booth seats I would want my friends/fam to sit on. 5 stars for this location and for Ariana!

This IHOP was okay. I ordered a strawberry splasher because he looked really good in the menu and when the waitress brought out the drink, it literally just looked like strawberry lemonade. When I told her about it, she said that that’s how the drink is. I think she noticed that I was a bit upset about it so she brought out another drink that looked a bit more like the image with the strawberries on top but why couldn’t she have done that the first time? I don’t remember her name but it was our 11pm and she was an older lady who didn’t speak English too well. The food is also not good.

When we arrived the front desk person told us that everyone was on their "lunch break" and that there was no service for about 30 minutes??‍♂️ it was 2am everyone craving waffles and this guy just says that, it's so odd that it seems that they just didn't wanted to serve us? We were looking for a different place to go then suddenly even the front desk guy leaves and the place stays empty... The weirdest thing

I really gave this place a shot. 2nd time here. No good. The very first thing you'll notice is its like the A/C is off. Outsides cooler than inside. The location is mediocre, and the atmosphere inside is DEAD. Service is what you'd expect, Over Medium eggs were still slimy and the bacon was damn near raw. Asked for another set well done, bacon was like paper thin. Never rushed so fast to eat, Sorry but this isn't it.

I received a coupon from the grocery store for this specific location. It has 2 options, one is a bogo sort of thing, and the second is 20% off your order. I've gone in twice to try to use this coupon, both times I was attended by the same woman, Wendy. The first time she completely dismissed the coupon, continuously telling us it either wasn't for this location or it wasn't valid. The manager wasn't in, so we couldn't do anything or talk to anyone else. The second time, she said the coupon once again wasn't for this location and then said that it was valid but would only take $12 off the bill. My partner asked if we could do the 20% if it came to it, so she said no, that it wasn't valid, and she was sort of aggressive. We've tried both times to get help from another server or a manager, and both times was no one able to help us.
