IHOP is a family-friendly restaurant offering a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is available at all times and provides excellent service, with servers like Avis and Ariana being kind, helpful, and attentive to cleanliness. Prices have recently increased, and the menu setup has changed, making the atmosphere a bit noisier and less quiet than before. The restaurant now features fewer eggs but more meats, and no longer offers the tray with a selection of pancake syrups. Despite these changes, the food remains good, and the location benefits from ample parking and good wheelchair accessibility. Customers have praised the service, with some noting that the staff exceeds expectations and that the manager is very professional. Overall, this North Hollywood location continues to receive 5 stars for its service and food quality.
