La Sierra Tacos Food Truck offers delicious Mexican Oaxacan food, with the best tacos and burritos in North Hollywood. The food is amazing, and the service is excellent, with super friendly and helpful staff and owner. The salsa bar is 100%, featuring a great veggie bar with whole jalapeños and plenty of salsas and assorted toppings. They have a dining room set up next to the truck with a TV, and even in light rain, guests enjoy sitting under the canopy. The pain tacos and Oaxacan style quesadilla with large corn tortilla, beans, cheese, and vegetable are standouts. Prices are great, and paying with cash saves on card processing fees and taxes. The guys running the truck are kind and do their best to communicate. Highly recommended for a fantastic experience.
