I'd been blaming my delivery drivers for consistently missing and cold items but after a 17 year old lied to me on the phone for daring to ask if maybe it was them I realized this may actually be the worst run fast food place in the state.

This place is to order pizza and pick up, very friendly, the ppl there always friendly.

Lunch under $10, my kids love this pizza.

Worst Customer Service ever. Called they picked up and said “wait a second” then I was waiting for 10 min to get help and they just dropped the call. Second time I called they said “Aah it’s you” and just dropped the call

I waited a very long time for one pizza for a customer. The pizza was brought from the kitchen only after 20 minutes. Delivery.

Very nice people but the Crazy Bread was stiff, overcooked, and hard as a rock. Never again. Little Caesar’s just don’t hit the same as it do in Detroit, Michigan, I just have to accept that. Us Detroiters do it the best of course because we’re the originators. California just can’t get it right with the flavor or how it’s supposed to be cooked. Sad.

This place is fast and the food is good. But soon as they put ur food on the counter hurry and grab it because the homeless will come in and grab it and walk right out with it.

I have mostly had ok encounters here but this time was horrible. I placed an online order. Got here 40 minutes after placing my order and was told that it would be another 15 minutes. For 2 preordered pizzas. I worked at a pizza place in my younger days and an hour for takeout is the worst turnaround I have ever seen in my life for takeout in any restaurant, not just pizza places

The cashier initially lied and said they didn’t make cheese pizzas after 9:30. which I confirmed wasn’t true with the manager. My order came out to 7.65, I gave the cashier a 20. The cashier said he was out of coins and asked me if you could only Give me back $11 instead of the 1135 I was owed. I told him I had $.62 in my pocket actually. So which he let me know he wouldn’t be able to give me back $12 because he would need the $.03 cents. I told him that it was unacceptable for him to Suggest I take 35% less of my money when the establishment would not even let three cents lie. He proceeded to give me the wrong change. I asked for a manager, I asked for my money back And was refused. I would never come here again. And I literally used to come here every week. This is called stealing this is why we need to hurry up with the immigration Because this guy obviously did not understand how the concept of money works in America. If you can’t count or you think it’s OK to short customers or change, you should not be working in America. I am tired of dealing with this type of thing. This is a horrible establishment. I encourage nobody to go here.

They’re advertising $9.49 deal and charged me extra, careful when getting charge, they seem to be charging extra
