Very busy better place order ahead

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Little Caesar’s. The worker named Marissa was completely out of line — yelling at other employees and even at customers right there in the store. It was loud, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially paying customers. The whole place felt chaotic because of her attitude. Management really needs to get control of their staff, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and gives the store a horrible reputation. I will NOT be coming back here again.

I'd been blaming my delivery drivers for consistently missing and cold items but after a 17 year old lied to me on the phone for daring to ask if maybe it was them I realized this may actually be the worst run fast food place in the state.

Worst Customer Service ever. Called they picked up and said “wait a second” then I was waiting for 10 min to get help and they just dropped the call. Second time I called they said “Aah it’s you” and just dropped the call
