Shocked! Disappointed! Sad!
Worst McDonald’s in Sun Valley, North Hollywood.
Ordered burgers and fries. Went to pick up. A server delivered 2 packets. 2 packets!! [check the camera if you want (To the authorities)] The server said one bag has burgers and everything and other packet has ketchup and other things. I came back, opened the bags and saw no fries. No Big Deal.
I called. Jenny picked [employee name]. I explained. Jenny apologised saying yes the fries pack was missed by them. Point:: She acknowledged!!She even offered compliments. I took a 10 minutes drive back.
I said Jenny asked me to comeback. Their employee had a rough look on their face. The girl who served me before was asking me questions as if I am lying to get an extra fry. Seriously!?!?!
I dont give a damn about fries. I only went back coz I was craving for it. And that’s how you behave McDonald’s?
The server filled up the fries with utter vex. When i said “please check twice before you deliver”, She did not even reply.
Its not their first mistake that bothered me, neither not giving me anything as complimentary. It’s their lack of empathy and taking accountability.
The server was a Latina girl [ Probably in her 30’s]. She direly needs a customer service 101 course. Worst McDonald’s experience in a long time.

There was a employee heavier set female Latina in her 40’s just now July 19 1:18 am working and she was being rude I recorded her on video giving me attitude for no reason I was waiting a long time in drive thru lane also. if you don’t give her a write up I will call corporate McDonald’s tomorrow and send them the video. She should be fired.

Usually get the buy one get another drink for a dollar deal All summer All the sudden they changed the drink sizes and give me medium cups, telling me it’s a specialty drink Like the past other times, I got lemonade. It’s always been in a large fountain size cup. And when first gave me didn’t have any ice in it

One of the most constantly understaffed McDonalds I've ever been to. Almost always no one is at the register because they have the tablets at the front. Staff are agitated because of how understaffed the location is, and how overworked they are. Not a good location.

Terrible experience.
I placed my order in advance through the app and got a text saying it was READY and waiting at the counter. I arrived — no order in sight. I asked an employee, and she said, “It’s being prepared.”
Twenty (!) minutes later, I saw my receipt sitting on the counter — and they stuck another order on top of it and started preparing that one!
I spoke up, and again heard, “It’s being prepared.” Seriously? My order was ignored, covered up with someone else’s, and never even started. Another 10 minutes passed before they finally gave it to me — and even then, it was missing the McFlurry. Only after I pointed it out did they hand it over.
The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like they were fried in old oil. And they didn’t include a single sauce. I wasted nearly an hour for what’s supposed to be fast food.
And to top it all off — a man waiting for his takeout order was standing in the restaurant vaping. Not openly, but the smoke was clearly visible. Not a single employee said a word to him the entire time. No supervision, no respect for other customers.
Never coming back. Complete mess and zero customer care.
