El Caporal is a casual spot that serves delicious food, including their popular menudo and breakfast options. The chicken taquitos are a highlight, and the staff takes care to package take-out orders thoughtfully. After a change in staff, the restaurant now has a friendly and respectful woman at the front, who is sweet and attentive to customers. Despite some past issues with sanitation and staff attitude, El Caporal has improved and is a welcoming spot for a meal.
