Worst customer service. Don't order food online unless you're 30 min out and if the lines long well you're definitely gonna be last. Or maybe it's just this spot. I'm sure they're trying their best. Place is cool I guess just watch out for the crackheadsss.

My husband and I were craving Panda Express, in particular the cream cheese rangoons. I ordered our food ahead of time on the app. Since we were both craving them, I opted to get a large order of (a dozen) rangoons in addition to our plates. Plates were fine, aside from the carrots in the fried rice being unusually large and thus undercooked, but the huge let down here were these rangoons. Absolutely burnt to a crisp. Inside and out. You would never even know there was cream cheese in there. Horrible. And after being such a parking nightmare? Never again, NoHo Panda. Never again.

Wow should have checked yelp before I went to this Panda Express !!! Since when can they not give you extra sauce I asked if I could buy some more and she told me no that they can't !!!!!!! WTF

The staff, a girl wears a red T-shirt has a very bad attitude. It's too much to give her a single star. She hates this job so much and can choose another one. How could she stand in front of a child with such an expression. If there were no children, I wouldn't mind her expression. I had a meal at this restaurant around 9pm on 12/26/2023.

By far the worst panda express i’ve been to. The line moves so slow because they are premaking plates (that barely anyone is taking. plus why premake plates at a restaurant which already has all the food pre prepared) while there are people right in front of them waiting for food. I left the line and placed a mobile order to save time, and was later notified by the app that the food was prepared and ready to be picked up. This was not the case, my order had not even been started, and not only that, several orders were still prepared before mine.

No restroom til you pay" I had just got off of a long train ride, and walked across the street to this business. I suddenly had to pee really bad, I asked to use the restroom first, but they insisted I buy my dinner first, so I did. I only asked that they not get it ready until I come out of the restroom please, after all Panda Express is best while hot, but they completely ignored me. Other than that, this place is good

The food tasted horrible, and I thought it'd taste good like a regular Panda express.They should close this Panda down and replace it with a better restaurant.Noodles soggy and broccoli beef flavorless.Spend your money in the neighboring food places.Lady serving me had a bad attitude I was confused and she didn't care and gave sass.Didnt finish after 2 bites.

Zero stars, this place is a joke. It looked and tasted as if the Steamed veggies and both sides were left overs from yesterday. Nasty.
I went in to Panda Express yesterday and was appalled by what I saw. I waited to use the bathroom and there was a homeless man inside doing God knows what but when he came outside it smelled extra bad like BO. I saw several homeless people go up and ask for a small cup for "water" but of course they used it too keep refilling it was soda. One of the homeless men kept "cleaning" the soda machine with napkins that he kept pulling out of the dispenser. The staff was rude. Today I went in here again. This time they made me order before I could use the bathroom. But when I went to the bathroom there were no paper towels. The woman who works there and dishes out the food never smiles. She has a permanent scowl on her face. No please no thank you no have a good day nothing! One of the entee iI ordered was beef and broccoli yesterday and there was literally one crumb of beef and huge stocks of broccoli. Today I ordered it again and again 15 massive stocks of broccoli and one tiny crumb of meat. Also the rice was cold and they skimped on it today .also Soda machine was broken. So I left with an empty cup thirsty.. bus time service here I asked for hot mustard and chopsticks and both times they forgot them. I gave this place two tries but I won't go again.

Ate here and definitely did not have a suitable experience. It was so crowded you had to stay on guard for when someone stood up just to get a place to sit and enjoy your mediocre meal. The workers are rude and are completely ignorant towards customers. It was way to chaotic and I just don’t recommend coming.
