Straight to the point and delicious. We’re wait about 15 mins for the foods so is not so bad
Awful. Expensive. Overcrowded. You have to pick one of five preset plates, can’t customize your plate like real Panda Express. The food isn’t the same as real Panda Express either.. how do you mess up orange chicken?! Oh and the $5 fountain drink (no refills) was 100% flat and I had to argue with three people to get a new one from a different machine while they kept pumping flat soda into every cup (person has one job and they can’t recognize flat soda)
The food is not fresh, extremely (!) greasy and very expensive, even for Universal Studio standards. Also, the waiting times are very long, we had to wait 45 minutes for 4 meal.
Additionally, I orderer the Kung Pao chicken, to which they added a Thai chilli pepper. If I would have seen this, I would have simply removed it, since it is extremely spicy and not what I can handle; however, it was hidden under the rice.
