had the pleasure of trying the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The flavor was incredible – the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The bun was soft and complemented the sandwich beautifully.

On top of that, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making the experience even better. I was also impressed with how quickly my order was prepared – I barely had to wait! Overall, fantastic food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Ordered in store and repeated myself 3 times to the cashier on what i wanted. I even showed her my order that i filled out on the app to show her exactly what i wanted to order but i came in person instead to pay in cash. She told me okay i got it after the 3rd time of correcting her. I get my order and i check it and it’s still wrong. After talking to the manager who was also struggling to understand what i wanted which I don’t understand because it’s written exactly on my phone i just didn’t place the order i guess they can’t read. The manager even tried to make me feel bad that she was giving me what i ordered saying we usually don’t do this?? do what give people their correct order? the cashier didn’t even offer me a receipt and no one even apologized for messing up my order. Even when i got home i realized the order was still wrong because i ordered boneless wings and they gave me wings with bones in.

Unable to rate the food because they are so slow and rude.
They could care less about customer service, they do not even acknowledge you when you are standing in line looking at them.

Ordered for pick up from app. I took it home only to realize that they forgot two apple pies and extra sauces I paid for. They made it right by me later but from now on gonna check anytime I order from any food joint.

Idk what the employees think of something personal but I got a combo 4 piece and 50 cent for macaroni and cheese. The other time one of the employee was asking me to modify my order and instead I just asked for the $5 3 piece promo spicy, it was hard to understand the clarification. She kept saying you got it, you got it. Then she says classic is spicy.

This place is horrible. The good is fine but the people working here all need to go. The person on drive through (David) has zero personality whatsoever. To top it off it's a 50/50 to know if the only take cash or not. Half the time the cc machine is down, and who carries cash nowadays?
Whoever the owner or owners are please do better.

They are so dumbfounded here. The collective IQ of the entire staff is still only double digits.

If I were the owner I would watch the manager tonight and all the cooks. They really hate their job and doing a disservice to your business to the owner because of the food I asked for fresh and received cold already cooked and redipped food I will travel to the other Popeyes. These woman also do not like other woman they treat very poorly.

I always ger the chicken thighs all the time...
